All orders are made-to-order, and will take approximately 30 days to fulfill.

Unlike similarly priced offerings, CustomWelt shoes are handmade in Spain, utilising a GoodYear-Welted construction. Only full-grain European calf leather is used, ensuring longevity and a great look.

We take Credit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayNow.

We currently only ship to Singaporean addresses. If you wish to ship to an international address, please contact us via Whatsapp or email.

We are pleased to offer free delivery to Singaporean addresses.

Due to the customisable nature of CustomWelt shoes, do note that no returns or refunds will be entertained (except in cases of functional defects). In other words, if you happen to order the wrong size, you will not be able to exchange the shoes.

All shoes come in two width options, standard D and wide EE. CustomWelt shoes are available from US7 to US14 – perfect for those with larger feet, who often struggle to find their size from Asian shoemakers.

The shoes to fit true to size – if you have a pair of Carmina or Churches (or any other made-in-Europe) dress shoes, it’s safe to follow the same sizing.

And if you’re still unsure about your sizing and width, fitting samples are available at The Suited Label, The Gentlemen’s Atelier, and Gentlemen’s Pursuit. Simply make an appointment with them via Whatsapp before heading down.

We do not disclose information we collect about you except to share your information with our Third-Party service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions (service providers like payment gateway companies and logistics company fulfilling delivery orders)
